CXC being mindful of the complex ecosystem in which it operates, formed the Corporate Planning and Strategy Management Unit (CPSM) in 2020 that consist of the Senior Manager, Quality Manager and Strategy Officer. Collectively, this team of professionals focus primarily on ensuring the achievement of the Council’s strategic objectives while monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Council’s strategic and operational plans at the divisional and department/unit levels to ultimately improve system and business processes. The Unit is also responsible for the coordination of the enterprise risk management function of CXC.
