Ms. Angela Lowe – Senior Manager
Angela Lowe earned a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University Dominguez Hills, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UWI Cave Hill, and has completed additional certificates in Health and Safety, Environment Management, ISO 9001, and Enterprise Risk Management. She is also a Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) of the Balanced Scorecard Institute (U.S.A).
In this role, she is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, management and coordination of the Corporate Planning and Strategic Management process. Ms. Lowe is tasked with ensuring the achievement of the Council’s strategic objectives while monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Council’s strategic and operational plans at the divisional and department/unit levels to ultimately improve system and business processes.
Ms. Suzette Clarke – Quality Manager (ag)
Suzette Clarke is the Quality Manager (Acting) in CPSM. She holds an MBA in Strategic Change Management from the University of Stirling and has completed additional training in strategy and project management.
Ms. Clarke has been involved in strategy development for over five years. She has experience in the design and implementation of learning and development, marketing strategy and facilitation of the corporate strategy process, and assisting in the implementation of corporate plans.
Suzette is an experienced change professional who has worked with small and medium-sized organisations (SMEs) to facilitate their change process.
Ms. Clarke’s role at CXC is critical as she assists senior management in the planning and execution of the corporate, divisional, and departmental plans. She is also a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
Ms. Jackie Niles-Squires – Strategy Officer (ag)
Jackie Niles-Squires is the Strategy Officer (Acting) in CPSM.
